Weather Policy

Bounceville reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter times of our sessions due to inclement weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms and the like.  Please check the local weather and dress appropriately.  The Bounceteam will notify our ticket holders via email, SMS and/or on our social media pages to any changes as noted above. 

Date Change Policy

If we must reschedule the event, ticketholders are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour.  If we must cancel the event, ticketholders are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour or to apply for a refund.  Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the rescheduled event date. Bounceville LLC will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred because of a date change or cancellation. 

Session Time Change Policy

For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavor to give as much notice of these time changes as possible.
