- Health and Fitness: Prior to engaging in Bounceville's activities, participants must assess their own health and physical condition. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or those who are pregnant should consult with a medical professional before participating. Bounceville cannot be held responsible for any adverse health effects resulting from participation.
- Waiver of Liability: By purchasing a ticket and entering Bounceville, all participants, or their legal guardians, hereby waive and release Bounceville, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from personal injury, property damage, or any other incidents that may occur during the visit.
- Personal Belongings: Bounceville is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. We recommend leaving valuable items at home or securing them in designated storage areas, if available.

BOUNCEVILLE is a weather dependent event and does not open up in the rain.
At BOUNCEVILLE, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Since our event is weather dependent, we do not operate during rain. We recommend checking the local weather report before your scheduled session. In case of inclement weather conditions that would pose a risk to our customers and staff, such as thunderstorms, heavy rain, or strong winds, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. If this happens, we will notify you via email or SMS, and your visit will be postponed.
If your visit is postponed, don't worry! Your tickets will still be valid for any available sessions on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays between now and the end date. However, if tickets are not redeemed by the final weekend, refunds will not be issued. If we cancel the final weekend, we will refund all tickets.
We understand that changes can be inconvenient, but we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at BOUNCEVILLE. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible to ticket holders via email and SMS.
