Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • Do I have to buy my ticket online?

    We highly recommend purchasing in advance. Bounce Times are often sold out and tickets will be more expensive at the door.

  • How early do I need to arrive?

    We suggest arriving 30 minutes early to get parked and checked in 15 minutes before your Bounce Time!

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

    Nope! You can just show us your QR code on your phone! 


    But, we do suggest taking a screenshot in case your service is impaired when checking in.

  • What if I'm late to my Bounce Time?

    You will still be able to join your session, but your time will not be extended and will stop at the original ending time. 

  • Do I need to wear socks?

    Yes, and if you forget them, we sell Bounceville non-slip socks in the village which can be used for future visits.

  • Do all children need to be accompanied by an adult?

    Yes, a parent must accompany all children under 16 to Bounceville and all parties must pay to enter unless under 36" or over age 65.


    WE DO NOT ALLOW MINOR DROP-OFFS for the safety of our guests.

  • Do you accept cash?

    We do accept cash.


    We also accept credit, debit, and Apple Pay.

  • I'm a parent, do I need a ticket?

    Parents who enter Bounceville do need to purchase a ticket.

  • How long is each Bounce Time?

    We currently offer 2 sessions; one starting at 12PM and ending at 3PM and one starting at 3:30PM and ending at 7PM. 


    We reserve the right to end a bounce session after 1.5 hours depending on crowd size.

  • What do I need to wear?

    You are outdoors so please wear comfortable clothing. There are “no shoes” or “bare feet” as you must wear socks.  We sell non-slip socks at BounceVille that you can use on future visits.

  • Are food and drinks allowed?

    We do allow outside water and sports drinks.

  • Is there somewhere to sit?

    Yes, we have limited seating, first come, first serve, and other amenities.  


    Please leave your valuables at home.

  • Can I host a birthday at BounceVille?

    Yes, we do have private party buyouts available.

  • What if it's raining?

    BOUNCEVILLE is a weather dependent event and does not open up in the rain.


    At BOUNCEVILLE, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Since our event is

    weather dependent, we do not operate during rain. We recommend checking the local weather report before your scheduled session. In case of inclement weather conditions that would pose a risk to our customers and staff, such as thunderstorms, heavy rain, or strong winds, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. 


    If this happens, we will notify you via email and SMS, and your visit will be postponed. If your visit is postponed, don't worry! Your tickets will still be valid for any available sessions on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays between now and the end date. 


    However, if tickets are not

    redeemed by the final weekend, refunds will not be issued. If we cancel the final weekend, we will refund all tickets.


    We understand that changes can be inconvenient, but we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at BOUNCEVILLE. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible to ticket holders via

    email and SMS.

  • What if I get too hot?

    BounceVille is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately, wear sunscreen and stay hydrated.  We have shaded areas and refreshments available onsite.

  • How much is parking?

    We do not charge for parking at any of our events.  There may be a parking fee imposed by the host venue at their discretion.

  • Where do I purchase tickets?

    Sessions often sell out so to guarantee your spot, we recommend purchasing in advance online at www.thebounceville.com.


    Tickets can also be purchased on location.

  • Can I get a refund?

    All sales are final and non-refundable unless we have an event cancellation in accordance with our Weather Policy.  


    All Bouncers agree to this policy when purchasing tickets so please verify your date and time carefully before purchasing.   

  • Can I transfer my ticket to a different session?

    Please use our contact form to get help with this. No requests will be serviced less than 24 hours before your session.

  • Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

    Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by those named on the tickets. If you would like to transfer your tickets to someone else you first need to contact us so we can update the tickets to reflect those who will be attending. You can do this by sending us the details of the changes required, along with the location you will be attending, and your booking number (which can be found in your booking confirmation email). 

  • My event was cancelled or postponed, what now?

    If your event has been canceled or postponed you will have received an email outlining your options. If one of those options allowed you to request a refund, rest assured that we are working through these and will notify you when the refund has been processed. If you chose to keep your tickets, new tickets for the rescheduled date will be issued soon. 

  • Can I take my camera inside the bounce activations?

    Please keep all phones and cameras safe and secure as Bounceville has no liability for lost, broken or stolen items.

  • How often are the bounces cleaned?

    We adhere to strict cleaning protocols with cleaning between each session as well as the start and end of each day.  Our cleaning specialists treat the amusements regularly.

  • Is there a weight limit?

    We can handle all bouncers up to 250lbs.

  • I'm pregnant, can I still bounce?

    We love that you are pregnant, but ask that you do not bounce while pregnant.  


    Hopefully, you’ll come with other kids or when the baby in the belly is out and ready to go it alone.

  • Are pets allowed?

     No pets in Bounceville, sorry.

  • Do you have a lost and found?

    All lost items can be picked up from the front check-in team during event hours.
