We highly recommend purchasing in advance. Bounce Times are often sold out and tickets will be more expensive at the door.

We suggest arriving 30 minutes early to get parked and checked in 15 minutes before your Bounce Time!

Nope! You can just show us your QR code on your phone! 

But, we do suggest taking a screenshot in case your service is impaired when checking in.

You will still be able to join your session, but your time will not be extended and will stop at the original ending time. 

 Yes, and if you forget them, we sell Bounceville non-slip socks in the village which can be used for future visits.

We welcome everyone - at any age.  

However, our Youngster Bounce Sessions are dedicated to children 7 and under or those with sensory issues and their parents.  Our All-Ages Bounce Sessions allow for children and parents of all ages to bounce together.

All sales are final and must be used on the date and time slot they were purchased for.

Yes, a parent must accompany all children under 13 to Bounceville but do not need to pay unless they are bouncing in our park.

No we do not accept cash.

We do accept credit, debit, and Apple Pay.

It’s free for parents to attend the event with their children. However, if you want to enter any of our inflatable attractions, you will require your own individual ticket. For safety, we require that kids under 5 are accompanied by a paying parent with their own ticket.

Sessions last 1.5 hours to spend exploring Bounceville.

You are outdoors so please wear comfortable clothing. There are “no shoes” or “bare feet” as you must wear socks.  We sell non-slip socks at BounceVille that you can use on future visits.

No ticket is required to enter the BounceVille Village but you will need a ticket to participate in any of our exciting bounce attractions.

You can bring food and drinks into BounceVille Village but not on any of the inflates.

Yes, we have limited seating, first come, first serve, and other amenities.  

Please leave your valuables at home.

 Yes, we do have private party buyouts available on non-ticketed days.  Please use our contact form for private party information.  

Bounceville reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter times of our sessions due to inclement weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms and the like.  Please check the local weather and dress appropriately.  The Bounceteam will notify our ticket holders via email, SMS and/or on our social media pages to any changes as noted above.  

BounceVille is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately, wear sunscreen and stay hydrated.  We have shaded areas and refreshments available onsite.

We do not charge for parking at any of our events.  There may be a parking fee imposed by the host venue at their discretion.

Sessions often sell out so to guarantee your spot, we recommend purchasing in advance online at www.thebounceville.com.

Tickets can also be purchased on location.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless we have an event cancellation in accordance with our Weather Policy.  

All Bouncers agree to this policy when purchasing tickets so please verify your date and time carefully before purchasing.   

Please use our contact form to get help with this. No requests will be serviced less than 24 hours before your session.

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by those named on the tickets. If you would like to transfer your tickets to someone else you first need to contact us so we can update the tickets to reflect those who will be attending. You can do this by sending us the details of the changes required, along with the location you will be attending, and your booking number (which can be found in your booking confirmation email). 

If your event has been canceled or postponed you will have received an email outlining your options. If one of those options allowed you to request a refund, rest assured that we are working through these and will notify you when the refund has been processed. If you chose to keep your tickets, new tickets for the rescheduled date will be issued soon. 

Please keep all phones and cameras safe and secure as Bounceville has no liability for lost, broken or stolen items.

We adhere to strict cleaning protocols with cleaning between each session as well as the start and end of each day.  Our cleaning specialists treat the amusements regularly.

We can handle folks of all sizes.

We love that you are pregnant, but ask that you do not bounce while pregnant.  

Hopefully, you’ll come with other kids or when the baby in the belly is out and ready to go it alone.

 No pets in Bounceville, sorry.

All lost items can be picked up from the front check-in team during event hours.
